Who else is glad it’s Friday? I’ve definitely got that #FridayFeeling – it’s been a crazy week and the dull weather hasn’t helped. So what do I do when I’m feeling stressed? As the clocks go forward this weekend, I’ve been talking about the importance of a good night’s sleep over on my blog. But if I’m stressed it can be hard to nod off on an evening – I’m a big fan of #meditation so I’ll take a few minutes to sit and take some deep breaths whilst mentally unpacking the day followed by a yin yoga session.
