Friday is finally here! Today’s #workout @moveyourframe I usually go for the reformer pilates or bar classes but today I’m trying out the new Lift class. Weights and cardio are good for toning and boosting blood flow and strength, similar to the effects of my deep sculpting face massage methods. It also calls for a delicious protein shake after too!
