Sleep, so important to our physical & mental wellbeing, my #TopShelfie today is all about ways to support the process and my nighttime essentials – perfect to set you up for some rest this #SelfCareSunday. I start off with a spritz of #MagnesiumOil spray on my skin – it’s great for relieving stress, it can feel a little irritating to start with and a touch sticky on the skin, however it’s great at supporting the body, reducing stress and it’s related skin symptoms such as acne and rosacea. I also make sure to top up my vitamin D levels as (especially in England) it’s so hard to get enough naturally – and it’s known as the sunshine vitamin for good reason as it helps to regulate mood and ward off depression. Before I fully drift off I spritz my pillow with @thisworksofficial sleep spray and slip on my @holisticsilk eye mask – after all good skin starts with a good night’s sleep!
