Who’s got that #FridayFeeling? I know it’s cold outside but chocolate coconut ice cream is an all year round favourite! I’m getting jealous of my food diary from @getthegloss today – it’s delicious! eggs again for breakfast with smoked salmon and avocado not that I’m complaining – and I made some spinach and kale pesto for lunch to have with beans and crackers. For dinner I made chicken dippers for the whole family and teamed them with a green salad and a dessert of coconut ice cream from the @coconutcollaborative. I also love to snack on peanut butter in the day in between treatments to today i mixed that with some sliced banana packed with esential fatty acids and minerals such as magnesium to keep my skin nourished and balanced from the inside out. #WhatIEat #AbigailJames
