This Thursday I’m throwing back to my food diary with @getthegloss to celebrate healthy eating in January instead of fad diets. I start with a boost with a ginger and #Tumeric juice which is great for aiding digestion and reducing inflammation. Then a breakfast of eggs – poached today – whilst I enjoy a sweet potato again for lunch @hemsleyhemsley inspired and enjoy a glass of white wine with dinner (Thursday is the new Friday right!) and finish off with a goats cheese and beetroot salad. #WhatIEat #AbigailJames #SkinFood #Balance #eatwell #foodjournal
