This #WellnessWednesday I’m revisiting my food diary from @getthegloss as food is such a hot topic in January for everyone. Wednesday, working breakfast which always gives me a chance to indulge slightly – smoked salmon and scrambled eggs give me a great protein hit first thing to keep me going through the day. For dinner I head to Wholefoods and grab myself some seared tofu, aubergine and butternut squash and wash it down with a turmeric tonic. I love how popular turmeric has become of late as it’s such a great spice to help your whole body and mind with everything from acne, IBS Rosales to depression . #WhatIEat #AbigailJames #tumeric #eatwell
