I’m revisiting my food diary from last year with @getthegloss all this week – #January should be about eating food to nourish your body rather than punishing it with low calorie substitutes. Tuesday brings a slower start with time to make overnight oats topped with chia, flax and blueberries – perfect to give me an early morning protein hit. For lunch I love courgetti mixed with salad and fresh vegetables and as I’m making a big meal for the family tonight I’ll make chicken with rice and peas for everyone. I also love to have a kombucha during the day to help restore the natural gut bacteria in my stomach which helps keep my body and skin balanced. #WhatIEat #AbigailJames #Wellbeing #loveyourskin
