The first week of a the New Year is coming to a close, let’s keep everything crossed that #2017 is totally fabulous. Who else tends to make New Year’s Resolutions…only to break them in a week or two and feel bad about it – I’m pretty sure that’s a big show of hands! Well this year I’ve decided to forgo the resolutions for some long term goals that are most importantly achievable. So I’m going to make time for more #yoga and #meditation in my life this year – but I’m definitely not giving up the wine!
