Starting the day right when it comes to food choices as well as your skincare sets you up for a positive day whatever your doing. My go to breakfast I know is good for my skin with everything from antioxidants, healthy omega oils, essential vitamins and surprisingly quick to make, poached eggs, apple cider vinegar in the water, schmooshed avocado with a touch of cayenne pepper, tomatoes tossed in the boiling water with the eggs to soften for 30 seconds & sour dough. Some days I skip the toast & add in spinach or a hand full of mushrooms.
