When did you last T U R N O F F? Like really disconnect yourself from technology? Think about it…can you remember? I bet it’s harder than you thought. It’s so important for our mental wellbeing to take ourselves away from the blue lights that disturb our sleep and get back to something real, not just reading off screens. Practice some #yoga, read a book, go for a walk, make a homemade face mask, draw a picture, bake a cake whatever takes your fancy! I’d love to know how you choose to switch off, then make sure you do as often as possible.
