We all know we need to re-hydrate and drink plenty of water; long term dehydration can cause inflammation, a key factor in premature-aging.

How to make
Mix 2 tablespoons of linseed with 2 – 3 pints water
Boil and simmer for 1 hour.
Leave over night
Stir and boil for further hour
Strain linseeds
This liquid can be stored in the fridge and drunk through out the day
It will thicken to a glupy egg white consistency which is quite revolting so you will need to add further hot water to prevent this.
