As a respected specialist and with knowledge of a variety of therapies, Abigail works with spa's and product houses to design signature treatments and write training manuals, offering a personal service, taking into consideration the ethos and integrity of each brand, designing experiences which are personal to them, assisting in product and brand development, staff selection and training, and advising on business paperwork and systems.
