As a respected specialist and with knowledge of a variety of therapies, Abigail consults to spa's and product houses offering a personal service, taking into consideration the ethos and integrity of each brand, designing signature treatments and experiences which are personal to them, writing training manuals, assisting in product and brand development, staff selection and training, and advising on business paperwork and systems.
